Ion is founder and president of ATEX Appraisal Inc. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Michigan. In the last two years, Ion Caza provided property valuations of more than $300,000,000. He is also a Realtor® with Real Estate One Inc, the largest real estate company in Michigan. The properties appraised and reviewed by Ion are located in the Three County Area (Oakland, Macomb and Wayne) and southeast of Michigan. Ion has performed extensive assignments concerning mortgage origination, relocation, divorce, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and estate matters. Residential properties include new construction, historic homes, traditional subdivision homes, lakefront properties, condominiums & income properties.

Ion has been a featured speaker at several real estate related seminars. Using his engineering background he developed a lot of statistics and market analysis for cities in southeast Michigan. Currently he is working for a Detroit Market Report. A more detailed resume is available for download.
